FC Organizational Products is seeking a Director of Ecomm Marketing. This position will be responsible for all FranklinPlanner international marketing efforts, including email, website and promotions. Manage US Advertising Campaign Manager. Oversee affiliate, CSE and retargeting programs for US and international markets for all brands, including FranklinPlanner, Geekorize, Tidy Nirvana and The Organized Parent.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop, manage, and execute promotional campaigns for FranklinPlanner, from creative brief through execution including segmentation and analysis of promotional campaign effectiveness, for Canada, UK, Australia/NZ ecommerce sites.
  • Manage all elements that go with a campaign from beginning to end, i.e., landing pages, banners ads, including graphic design, programming, database integration and overseeing technical issues and implementation.
  • Manage Campaign Manager (US brands) and oversee promotional campaigns, affiliates, CES, retargeting and other marketing programs for US and international markets
  • Implement and optimize e-commerce marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Plan, develop and implement international email campaign strategy including messaging, product selection and list growth.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to develop creative concepts.
  • Manage website reporting as it relates to site visits, page views and click-throughs. Report on findings and make recommendations based on trends.
  • Make recommendations to management and eCommerce Operations on improving the overall customer experience. Provide supporting documentation for recommendations.
  • Less Critical Job Functions:

  • Closely monitor trends in email marketing to identify how we can improve strategies and tactics.
  • Provide marketing updates to internal stakeholders and management teams, including information on new policies and procedures, upcoming marketing events and campaigns, new program tests and improvements.
  • Perform special assignments and projects as required.

  • Requirements:

  • Superb project management skills.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or ecommerce, preferably B2C.
  • Other Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must possess outstanding communication, project management, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Internet.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, precise and responsible.
