The Director of Finance will report to the VP of Finance and have responsibility for the oversight of the accounting, payroll and billing functions.
- Preparation of the budgets (all facets including presenting to the executive team
- and Finance committee of the Board).
Work closely with Accounting Manager to understand the systems in use and assist with Financial Statement accuracy by working on account analysis and subsidiary schedules as needed.
Work with Accounting Manager and Facilities Manager to understand the current purchasing function and be part of committee to select and implement an automated system.
- Work with Accounting Manager to understand the Interim Financial statements preparation and review key metrics to ensure accuracy in interim reporting including cost finding and analysis.
B.S. in accounting (preferred) or business administration required.
MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience in business management, preferable in a health setting.
Experience in budget preparation, financial analysis and cost accounting.
