POSITION SUMMARY: This position is will oversee the entire financial planning and analysis function. Being a small but rapidly growing business, the position will require broad responsibility across various departments.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to the financial performance of the Company. Extensive interaction with all departments including the executive management team and outside investors. Formalize and further refine the annual operating and capital budgeting process and long range strategic plan. Prepare updated quarterly forecasts, monthly actual vs. budget variance analysis, and customer P&L statements and analysis Design and implement a Management Reporting process and standardized reports. Own and further refine the financial planning model. Develop process to link operational and financial goals and outcomes.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA and/or MBA a plus. Highly motivated, resourceful, goal and detail oriented individual. Strong organizational skills, project management experience and cross-functional coordination skills. Excellent motivator, team player and leader. Strong written and oral communication skills.
