Serves as Vice President and Treasurer of the UNI Foundation

Serves as a member of the leadership management team and a liaison to the Board of Trustees and the investment finance and audit committees

Manages the finance and accounting functions of the Foundation Financial Services office including cash and asset management, investments, reporting and compliance

Manages professional accounting staff

Oversees the development and administration of financial policies and procedures; and oversees financial statement and tax return preparation and distribution as well as the external audit process

Bachelor's degree in accounting plus CPA or CMA designation and excellent experience in a senior financial management role required

Relevant supervisory experience in a financial field

Knowledge of non-profit accounting, compliance and reporting requirements

Reporting experience with accounting and spreadsheet software

Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities

Analytical and organizational skills; and excellent written and oral communication skills also required

Experience in a non-profit organization with a budget of at least $5 million in assets preferred

Criminal and other relevant background checks required
