Position Requirements:
A proven record of success as a hands on human resources executive with a minimum of 7 years of experience, able to strategically and tactically evaluate, develop and implement effective HR related programs, systems and initiatives; resourcefully work with every level and geography of our people to build on our employee engagement and commitment culture; have a demonstrated background in high volume talent acquisition tactics, management and strategy.
Able to show a career of progressive advancement within a superior HR department in a mid size company. (Professional services company an advantage)
Strong ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate a high performance HR team.
The selected executive must have the ability to bring immediate credibility to the human resources function through his/her professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest levels of integrity.
Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as proven organizational skills are required.
Understanding of best practices in innovative recruitment strategies in a mid size professional services environment with a national footprint.

A relevant BS/BA degree from a well accredited university
A business MBA is an advantage
HRIS implementation a plus
