Required qualifications for this position include:
BS Degree in HR/Business/OD or other related field of study.
Generally more than 7 years of working HR experience in a capacity of a Strategic HR Business Partner.
At least 5 years of healthcare industry experience.
4-5 years of demonstrated successful HR leadership.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master in related field.
SPHR or PHR
Experience of delivering complex and multi-dimensional HR solutions within demanding operational context .
Track record of translating business objectives into HR solutions through appropriate direction setting and project management
