Job Title: Director, Information Technology
Establishes and directs the strategic long term goals, policies and procedures for the Information Technology department. Determines the organization's long-term systems needs and hardware acquisitions to accomplish the organization's business objectives. Establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for the Information Technology department. Analyzes the needs of departments and establishes priorities for feasibility studies, systems design and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems. Generally manages a group of exempt and nonexempt employees, middle managers, and consultants. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Hours of Work:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and additional hours as needed.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent certifications
10 years experience in the field including 5 years of management/supervisory experience

Duties & Responsibilities
The overall duties center on providing behavioral supports to individuals along with providing training and instruction:
Budgeting and strategic planning for IT.
Overall operations of the IT Department.
Oversees system development activities.
Procurement of all IT software, hardware, and systems.
IT End User training.
Training of IT staff.
Participation in a community organization.
