The Director of Information Technology Operations’ role is to plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer, storage and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing infrastructure hardware, software, communication links, and storage networks. The Director of Information Technology Operations will also schedule and direct the activities of a team of network specialists. This position reports to the Associate VP of Information Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field and at least seven (7) years of experience managing, configuring and designing enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, SANs, etc.
- CCIE or related certifications required. Other certifications a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Exceptional integrity.
