The Director of Management Services position is an exempt position with Embassy Management Services. Embassy Management LLC is the management services for Aacres/Aspire Human Services/Imagine Behavioral and Development Services/SL Start and Associates. The purpose of this position is to establish and maintain responsibility/leadership for a Management Services Division which will offer/market various management services to social service/behavioral health/human service providers. Specifically, marketing outsourced functions such as billing, accounting, payroll, IT, Quality Assurance training, risk management, compliance and business development. The Director of Management Services provides oversight over the program and start–up activities associated with new services or contracts. They are responsible for ensuring that all programs are being executed based upon the agreed–upon program plans and that all systems are in place to ensure that program objectives are met. They are charged with operating programs within their purview via a designated budget.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field with previous supervisory experience or significant experience with the social service/behavioral health industry domain.

Five or more years experience in a management position involving growth and development activities required.

Documented background of success & achievement in a marketing and/or selling environment.

Documented track record of achievement and success in all prior positions.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience with all MS programs; Word, Excel & Powerpoint.

Ability to travel extensively at times, and act & work independently.

Must have acceptable criminal background check.

Must be able to satisfactorily pass drug screening test upon offer and continue to comply with drug free workplace policies.

SUPERVISORY
RESPONSIBILITIES: Over time, the Director will oversee a workforce of other Management Services professionals located across the country in regional locations. Strong history of effectively managing people within a professional sales force.

Marketing of outsourced services, managing a professional workforce

Growth and Development:
Develop and monitor the implementation of an Annual One Page Strategic Plan for each service line that furthers our Mission and Values resulting from a process that assesses current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges, and competitive advantage.

Present services in a manner that result in an Embassy Company being considered the provider of choice.

Seek viable opportunities for new business.

Evaluate highest and best use of technology to improve processes and procedures and ensure program compliance and program outcomes.

Attend outside meetings relating to contract requirements and current issues, and communicate relevant information to the State Director as appropriate.

Complete Basic Orientation and attend other in–service training as recommended.

Set and achieve performance and development goals as scheduled through the Performance Review and Plan (PRP) process.
