Lead development of global supply chain strategy

Manages the planning, designing, purchasing, and/or implementation of integrated manufacturing assembly or fabrication processes in a large manufacturing plant or line of business
Provide overall leadership of Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineers and related departmental activities

Education, Licenses, Certifications
BS in technical or scientific fields, preferably engineering. College, university, or equivalent Manufacturing Engineering degree or related technical or scientific field is required.
Significant level of relevant work experience, including managerial and budgetary experience, required.
Financial Planning - Ability to develop and control a process that delivers an annual operating plan that achieves the objectives of the business while meeting the corporate guidelines and goals. The financial plan confirms that the objectives set are achievable from a financial point of view for both profit and cash flow. Ability to develop, implement and control the planning process. Its focus is the reduction of the 7 wastes (Over-production, Waiting time, Transportation, Over-processing, Inventory, Motion and Scrap). Has extensive experience using continuous process improvement methodologies. Able to lead continuous process improvement projects and train others in continuous process improvement methodologies. Able to recognize continuous process improvement opportunities quickly using past experiences and training.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience.
