Under administrative direction is responsible for overall market intelligence, analysis and strategic planning and marketing activities for Client Development and Medical Affairs Departments.

Consistently demonstrates integration of Bonfils quality policy by modeling behavior that supports achieving our mission and vision. Supports and incorporates Bonfils business needs, goals, and scorecard initiatives into all business decisions and actions. Routinely performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies, including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity and Fair Labor Standards Act.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Manages market intelligence and analysis activities to provide information regarding sales potential and market conditions for Bonfils’ products and services.
1.1. Implements the organization’s market research program, which includes analysis of sales records, trends, and new and existing product and service markets.
1.2. Projects market potential and estimates market penetration.
1.3. Responsible for the overall analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales.
1.4. Responsible for territory analysis of competition and potential for growth.
1.5. Work in collaboration with other departments within Bonfils, clients, vendors, etc. as needed to ensure accurate and pertinent data collection.

2. Establishes and coordinates the market development and sales force efforts for Client Development area.
2.1. Ensures feasibility and marketing intelligence and analysis studies are conducted.
2.2. Manages the development of marketing materials.
2.3. Recommends changes in strategy or services provided to respond to changing market conditions.
2.4. Responsible for the sales promotional materials.

3. Works in conjunction with Medical Affairs to broaden services provided to clients.
3.1. Creates statistical data, reports and marketing materials needed for client use.
3.2. Works in collaboration with other departments/teams in vendor RFP requests.
3.3. Conducts market intelligence and provides strategic planning in the areas of cellular therapy and patient blood management.
4. Develop and lead project management teams as needed.
4.1. Develop project teams with department subject management experts (SME).
4.2. Utilize project management skills for directed project plans (Gantt charts).
4.3. Lead project planning for Balanced Score Card.
5. Works in collaboration with departments/teams in strategic planning process.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. MBA preferred.

Minimum 7 years experience in marketing, market research and strong market analysis
Industry experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of preferred
Heavy IT skills with all Microsoft applications especially excel and power point
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong communications skills both written and verbal with excellent attention to details
Ability to think strategically and analysis large amounts of data
Ability to handle conflict and mitigate problems.
Ability to present to and work with customer groups and employees

Full time position reporting to corporate headquarters at 717 Yosemite Street, Denver, CO 80230, which is a smoke-free campus. Full benefit package in addition to $75,950 to $93,409 annually, depending on experience. Position requires day travel about 10% of the time.
