The Director of Marketing is responsible for directing and supervising all public relations and marketing, casino marketing, entertainment, and sales and advertising activities within the marketing department.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned):
Develop and adhere to department budgets
Ability to comprehend profit and loss statements
Represent property for public gatherings.
Directs marketing and promotional programs, including players club database, advertising, special events and complimentary use.
Manage all advertising and public relations programs through internal efforts and working with external vendors.
Review and evaluate all advertising/media programs.
Provide effective implementation, management and execution of casino property promotions.
Track all programs effectively and efficiently. Track results and provide ROI data.
Coordination of contracts for promotional and entertainment events.
Closely monitor expenses versus budget.
Provide support for research and analysis of casino expense, revenues, customer service, and quality standards
