Purpose of Position Oversee the development, direction and implementation of marketing strategies to maximize member engagement, tenure and revenue per member. Specific Responsibilities & Duties 1.Employees will contribute to and consistently apply Equinoxs policies and procedures by effectively working with all Equinox personnel without to regard to race, religion, age, national origin, gender, physical or mental disability. 2.Develop and implement strategies for member onboarding, member lifecycle, member referral programs, and member winback programs. 3.Develop individual marketing strategies to drive revenue per member for Personal Training, Spa, Shop, Group Fitness and Pilates business lines 4.Plan and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar to orchestrate all planned activities with including direct mail, email, in club merchandising, partnerships, events, online, winback, etc.

5.Use Member Database to track member behavior and engagement and develop member communication strategies maximize member contribution. 6.Work with inhouse creative services team and database marketing agency through creative development, production and campaign implementation. 7.Develop a member facing communication strategy and collateral to reinforce the Equinox value proposition and member experience that will inspire, delight and wow members. 8.Collaborate with IT to identify database marketing opportunities to more effectively reach members.

Lead crossfunctional teams to launch new offers and campaigns.
