The selected candidate will be responsible for stimulating new network product ideas and products enhancements to drive both incremental revenue and higher margins.
The network product analysis will seek to take advantage of the improved network capabilities tied to our strategic network investments in IP, Ethernet, and Optical.
This position will analyze historical network product revenue results and research competitors pricing trends to support recommendations.
A key responsibility will be to partner with Marketing groups to improve the alignment with our network product investment strategies across Verizon.
This position will also drive the focus on revenue impact of new initiatives across the organization.
Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
Significant experience with Product Line Marketing revenue planning and forecasting.
Strong sales collaboration and ability to integrate customer requirements into network products.
Ability to analyze income statements and complete network product margin studies.
In depth knowledge of financial reporting processes.
Must be able to lead cross organizational teams to support both revenue objectives and network investment strategies.
Broad technical understanding of technical strategies across IP, Ethernet, Optical networks.
Formal financial education to include an MBA with a concentration in Finance.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience in financial or technical management positions.
