We are recruiting for a Director of Nuclear Operations to provide leadership and vision to our growing construction operations in the Nuclear industry. This division provides specialized repair systems, including structural concrete repair, strengthening, and waterproofing, to nuclear power plants throughout the United States. As the Director of Nuclear Operations, you will provide operational leadership to all aspects of the Nuclear operations, you will have profit and loss responsibility over project teams, and you will make key decisions and recommendations related to operations, safety, profitability, business development, resource management, growth, teamwork, and culture for the operations. You will partner with other Company leaders to create operational business strategies, establish goals, and implement solutions.

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this strategic leadership position:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
  • 15+ years of experience in the commercial nuclear power marketplace performing construction management duties with at least 10 of those years in a senior management position with engineering, projects, or operations of a nuclear power plant
  • In-depth knowledge of the nuclear power industry including the generation process, regulatory constraints, current industry initiatives, quality control requirements, industry organizations, etc.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
