Currently, we are seeking: Director of Nursing (RN) Located at our Gulfport, MS facility.

As a Director of Nursing (RN), you will be responsible for the direction of the nursing departments overall operations and the nursing care of longterm care and rehab residents in our 4Star Rated 180 bed SNF. The position is responsible for the following tasks: Plans, coordinates and manages the nursing department Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents Maintains quality care that is consistent with company and regulatory standards Supervise all Nursing and support staff, establish systems for care management and establish and maintain ongoing training programs for the nursing staff * Communicate with residents and family members while making daily rounds Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing * Mississippi RN license in good standing At least 3 years experience as a Director of Nursing in longterm healthcare Experience in supervising nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible Must be a strong leader, communicator and motivator Good communication skills and the ability to interact in a tactful and respectful manner with residents, family members and visitors * Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment and prioritize duties * Familiarity with longterm care regulations is required We offer: * Medical/Dental/Vision * Paid Time off and holidays * Company Matching 401K * Many other great Benefits If you are truly passionate about joining an organization that values your dedication, knowledge and leadership abilities, we encourage you to apply today by forwarding resume to:
