Job Summary
The Project Manager acts as the sole client contact on the project team. The Project Manager facilitates communication amongst internal and external team members through all phases of a project starting with the kick off call and concluding with the delivery of final files. This position is responsible for the success of Quantitative Market Research projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedules and leads study’s kick off call
  • Fields all client requests throughout the life of a study
  • Ensures internal team (programming and qc) stays on track to meet proposed timeline
  • Acts as liaison between internal team (Programming and Quality Contol) and external client to address issues/questions regarding the survey
  • Manages multiple projects/clients/requests simultaneously
  • Assesses the need to partner with outside vendors and the impact on profit
  • Maintains high level of accuracy on all deliverables to meet Olson’s standards
  • Accurately maneuvers through all in-house software platforms (Maximus, Vision, etc)
  • Able to run various types of quantitative projects (including Chart Studies, Conjoints, etc)
  • Completes all End of Project tasks in a timely manner
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested

Education & Training

  • BA or BS (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree is a plus


  • 1-2 years of market research experience
  • Pharmaceutical and Life Science history is a plus
