Director of Stadium Operations

Requirements:
- Work throughout season, special events and college ball games
- Available at any time of the day or night, as per scheduled
- Available to work on all days per week, as per scheduled
- Baseball experience is a must.
- Must have own reliable transportation and valid drivers licenses
- Must pass background check and possible drug screening
- Experience in operations and/ or construction is a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy objects
- Be energetic, professional and positive
- Neatly groomed and great hygiene

Responsibilities:
- Pre-Game/ Event and Post-Game/ Event; setup, tear down, cleanup, etc on entire property (offices and stadium)
- Organize and store props, equipment, supplies, etc
- Minor repairs and improvements to building and/ or property
- Budget and projections for Ops
- Supervise department and it's needs
- Scheduling any needs
- Garbage disposal
- Spot cleaning concourse
- Window cleaning
- Turn scoreboard and stadium lights on, as needed
- Cut electric and gas expenses by ensuring all are turned off, before locking up
- Lock up and unlock property, as needed
- Move items as needed
- Run earns
- Able to attend outside events (appearances, meet & greets, networking, etc)
