Responsible for coordinating enterprise systems development on behalf of Operations for a ll Division projects
Provides leadership, coordination, a nd guidance to operations project managers a nd other local project staff for a ll major enterprise systems development efforts
Coordinates development of business requirements to used by developers to implement new systems a nd changes to existing systems
Serves a s Division point person with Corporate systems development team for purposes of requirements definition, schedule tracking, a nd resource a llocation a cross a ll contracts
Maintains relationships with technology infrastructure groups for connectivity, security, hardware a nd software procurement
For new business opportunities, oversees the development of fit-gap a nalyses in coordination with Corporate systems development team to design proposed solutions a nd scope
Develops new relationships with external Information Technology companies to support new solutions for both ongoing projects a nd new opportunities
Provides guidance to Division leadership on strategies for systems development a nd roadmap
Works with relevant Corporate staff (Operations, Legal, Systems) to define scope of work a nd SLA requirements for 3 rd party IT partners.
