Randolph Medical Associates located in Asheboro, NC is a multi-specialty group practice owned by Randolph Hospital. Randolph Medical Associates employs Pediatricians, Internal Medicine physicians, Family Practitioners, Orthopedists, Urologists, Gastroenterologists, and ENT physicians. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the overall operation of the Primary Care practices.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration or equivalent field. MBA or MHA, preferred plus five (5) years management experience working in a multi-specialty practice required. Previous experience with budgeting, business development and strategic planning highly preferred. Candidate must have the ability to effectively organize, plan, negotiate, coach and to think creatively and develop operational plans. Excellent communication and facilitation skills along with strong work ethic and enthusiasm are required. Entrepreneurial spirit with flexible and patient temperament is preferred. Ability to clearly direct and motivate individuals and to recognize and capitalize on marketing opportunities is required. Ability to work with and build relationships with key staff and physicians (specialty and referring) and to accomplish established goals with minimal to moderate management oversight required.
