The Director of Product Management will plan, analyze, and execute new releases of CareAnyware software. This is an opportunity for an accomplished strategic marketing and technology product management professional with extensive experience driving product innovation and strategy, sales and marketing strategy, growth and company expansion to drive rapid revenue growth. He or she will take vision and input from The Board of Directors, team members, and customers and synthesize them to build our product roadmap, and iteration release plans.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop components of product strategy and roadmap while collaborating across departments to meet customer and market needs
  • Develop clear and compelling product requirements for new initiatives as well as existing product enhancements, including business justification and operational impact
  • Interpret current and foreseeable healthcare regulations for research and development planning and improvements
  • Define product investment opportunities by interacting with customers, sales, marketing, training and development as well as market and competitive research
  • Contribute to corporate communication strategy by authoring blog posts and whitepapers that share knowledge of industry topics and CareAnyware
  • ’s solutions Monitor progress of initiatives through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities and keeping stakeholders informed Work closely with engineering and design to determine technical and design solutions, prioritize work, and build schedule Engage with technical project managers and directly with developers on implementation, QA and enhancements to ensure the on-time release of high-quality software Interact and effectively communicate with the Leadership Team and all departments to implement and manage project variations to report progress and to achieve project outputs according to timelines Manage, mentor and coach a team of Product Owners Track releases and report on success criteria and KPI’s for the CareAnyware products and components Subject Matter Expert on competitive landscape and best practices Be a diplomat who mediates and campaigns for what’s best for the business and our customers and backs decisions up with meaningful data, ROI, and a vision for innovation
  • Work with Design team to optimize usability and new user experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; prefer a Master’s Degree
  • 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably experience involving the internet, SaaS, or software companies with emphasis towards web 2.0 concepts
  • Minimum of 5 years product management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in SCRUM/Agile development environment
  • Must have a strong background in product vision and strategy, industry forecast and projections, competitive market analysis with excellent business analysis capabilities to identify and implement customer requirements to drive rapid revenue growth
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with proven experience managing projects to successful completion
  • Proactive and entrepreneurially oriented with ability to take ownership of products and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a team-oriented, collaborative work place
  • Self-reliant, articulate, approachable and comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and business teams
  • Experience managing simultaneous projects and demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing and launching consumer technology products
  • General understanding of web technologies (e.g. AJAX, CSS, MySQL, email), how they’re implemented/served, and how they fit together
  • Must have excellent project management skills to define project tasks, resource requirements and provide direction and support to project teams with proven ability to monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions of the project
  • Prefer Healthcare and IT industry experience
  • Experience strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills required
