The Director of Product Management (Advertising/Media) is responsible for market and product strategy, roadmap development and execution throughout the product lifecycle. You will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, define the product vision and work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, advertising operations and the executive team to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in DSP, DMP and RTB ad technologies and a history of building and managing a successful online advertising platform product. You are a demonstrated master at translating business requirements into precise functional requirements. You will work with technical teams to ensure that the right features are delivered on time. You will also work with the outward facing parts of the organization and customers to make sure that your products become the leaders in their markets.
Candidate must have proven excellent analytical and project management skills. This leader will be known for their ability to deliver world-class customer experiences combined with efficient operational processes.
: Own the business plan, strategy, product roadmap and positioning of an online media targeting and display product offering
: Work directly with engineering and operations to define all necessary related parts of the product including RTB bidding, advertising campaign management, reporting and analytics and user segmentation technologies
: Maintain relationships with all stakeholders to understand the market, customer and their requirements
: Strike the perfect balance between product vision, competitive requirements and customer input on one hand with the need to get a product rapidly to market on the other
: Develop product collateral such as sales tools, technical white papers, presentations, and competitive analyses. Create and deliver sales training for the direct sales force and the technical services and support teams.

KEY ELEMENTS OF YOUR BACKGROUND:
: 5+ year(s) of experience in online advertising platform management in a product or advertising operations management role
: 2+ year(s) of experience with personalization and/or other targeting technologies
: A thorough understanding of ad exchange and RTB advertising technology, business models and companies
: Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
: Experience working directly with engineering teams to define on platform requirements and third party vendor integrations
: Experience using business intelligence tools on large data sets
: Experience with major web analytics solutions a plus
