The Role:
SurveyMonkey is seeking a senior product leader to own user identity (which includes sign-up, sign-in, and account recovery), billing, and personalization tools for SurveyMonkey.com, globally. This position is responsible for onboarding new customers and converting free users to paid subscriptions. The successful candidate will have experience with enterprise identity systems (LDAP, SAML, etc), and knowledge of how to best bridge those systems to a consumer web service.

Requirements:
Extensive product lifecycle knowledge acquired through hands-on experience shipping several, large-scale consumer Internet products

Hands-on experience with A/B testing in large scale Web service environment

Prior experience building and tuning off-the-shelf or bespoke personalization systems

Experience building and optimizing localized subscription web products across multiple geographies

Experience leading qualitative and quantitative user research projects

Experience with agile development methodology

Exemplary writing and public speaking skills

Technical chops sufficient to command the respect of senior engineering staff

Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop talented direct reports

Strong command presence

Wit and grace under pressure
