As a result of the unprecedented success of our Cloud Marketing Platform, we are searching for a Director of Product Management to help drive the continued growth of our Turn Audience Suite products. As a member of the Global Product Management team based in Redwood City, you will be responsible for overseeing the prioritization, enhancement and scaling of Turn's multi-channel data management applications throughout the world, including segmentation, media planning, and audience synchronization efforts as well as ensuring the correct platforms and monitoring infrastructure are in place to support these products. This position reports to the SVP, Product Management and will work collaboratively with our applied sciences team, platform engineering, and the Professional Services, Sales Engineering and Sales organizations. This will be based in Redwood City, CA.
Coordinate with all participants in the Turn ecosystem (vendors, customers, developers) to develop strategy for and enhancements to Turn's Audience Suite technology stack.
Responsible for enhancing our marketing platform that centralizes 1 st and 3 rd party audience data and multi-channel performance information to enable leading brands improve their marketing ROI.
Oversee the development of self-service tools to monitor, manage, and enrich audience and media data as it flows into and out of the platform.
Be the visible advocate for data management and comfort in presenting your ideas to internal and external senior executives.
Work with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to help evangelize the Turn Audience Suite new and existing features.
7+ years of Product Management experience driving the development of leading SaaS products in the digital marketing or enterprise software space.
Prior experience in data driven analytics, database marketing, or SaaS platforms.
Excellent quantitative reasoning skills.
Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience building, leading and mentoring a product management team.
Experience and/or strong desire to work in a fast moving entrepreneurial environment.
Prior experience working with engineering contractors and/or remote engineering teams.
Certified sense of humor.
MBA or quantitative degree preferred.
