Job Family Summary

Program Management is responsible for maximizing the delivery of value through execution of programs and initiatives by leveraging a standardized tool set, providing transparency through consistent and thorough portfolio and project level metrics, and fostering an culture of continuous process improvement.

Essential Functions

Program/Project Management Oversight for ETS Portfolio
Provide strategic and tactical direction and oversight for multiple, cross-functional projects in support of ETS initiatives and goals.
Shared accountability with Functional Management for driving program delivery. Project management resources will have dotted lines to relevant functional managers.
Implement and utilize consistent reporting metrics for ETS portfolio and project management
Implement and utilize standardized tool set for reporting
Ensure consistency and alignment in program management practices and approach across portfolio
Foster a culture focused on delivery of value, results orientation and continous proces improvement
Manage resolution of diverse and complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of multiple functions and/or objectives
Lead collective problem-solving efforts and foster group interactions through problem solving.
May be directly/indirectly responsible for leading a group of consultants, project managers and analysts focused on the delivery of services within the responsible department/unit.


Bachelor's degree in related field required
A minimum of 6 years related work experience required
Highly strategic and analytical problem solver. Able to evaluate key business drivers and develop clear strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization.
Excellent analytical, project management, communication, consensus building and interpersonal skills. Self motivated and directed.
Ability to articulate complex issues, thought leadership and the business value of solutions.
Experience in transforming operational data into actionable information.
Experience leading, influencing, negotiating and problem solving.
Ability to build and motivate a team to achieve well communicated expectations.
Experience in the healthcare industry or equivalent.
