The Administrative Director of Radiology (Director) serves as a senior member of New England Baptist Hospital's Ambulatory and Ancillary Services team. The Director is responsible for the overall administrative oversight and direction of the Radiology Department inclusive of clinical operations, quality, safety, compliance, financial performance, marketing, and program development across all imaging sections. Under the direction of the Vice President for Ambulatory and Ancillary Services and Chairman of Radiology, the Director will lead the design, development, and implementation of systems and processes that improve patient safety, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. The Director oversees a staff of approximately 42 full time equivalents and has fiscal responsibility for approximately $3.4 million in annual operating expenses.
The Director will contribute toward the attainment of the goals and objectives of New England Baptist Hospital and its identified service lines. Comply with all hospital policies and procedures, as well as the requirement of JCAHO and other applicable federal, state and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies.
