1 - full-time day Education/Training: A Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Skill(s): Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; excellent interpersonal relations, and verbal and written communicative skills; high level of knowledge of state and federal program billing including principles and techniques of patient accounting; knowledge of current CPT, HCPCS and ICD-9; ability to produce, read, analyze and interpret technical reports; ability to utilize system related reporting options to obtain data; ability to read, analyze, interpret and implement contracts, professional journal information, technical procedures, governmental regulations and payer bulletins; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; excellent computer skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills; valid driver’s license. Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years’ of experience in progressive management in healthcare accounts receivables normally required.
