SnapOne, Inc. is looking for a confident self-starter who is ready to make an impact from day one. This new team member should have experience driving in new revenue and increasing the retailer channels account base. This position can be based out of our Princeton, NJ Headquarters Office but we are open to national candidates. Up to 50% travel will be involved for presenting to prospects and clients our consumer cloud solutions. This is a great opportunity for an existing director in retail sales or for someone looking to take the next big step in their career.

  • Drive expansion into current retail channel
  • Drive entire inside sales cycle for all accounts: strategy, program and presentation development with retail accounts
  • Accurately forecast, track and report on key metrics
  • Deliver live and remote presentations customized for each client
  • Successful experience selling into retail industry, preferably sales of mobile, SAAS and/or mobile accessories. Familiarity with retail merchandising
  • Experience in selling into a retail channel
  • Sales management experience and an ability to motivate and lead sales people
  • Strategic thinker and passionate about selling and creating value for customers
  • Superior presentation skills. Able to be convincing and commanding on the phone and in person, and to quickly establish credibility and rapport
  • Advanced understanding of marketing demographics, and client ROI
  • Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and convincing when it’s right for the customer, competitive, driven to succeed, money-motivated
  • Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
  • Familiar with Automated CRM – preferred
