The Director of Risk Management is responsible for the development, implementation, examination and assessment of the banks risk management activities ensuring the Bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, BSA, internal audit, loan review and development of audit plans for all functional areas of the Bank. Provides support and guidance to the Banks risk management compliance efforts; serves as an advisor to Executive Management and submits required reports to the Board of Directors detailing the Banks risk related issues.
Achievement of a 4-year college degree with an emphasis in a business related discipline ; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. A minimum of ten years experience with a regulatory agency or in a compliance, internal audit, loan review or accounting area within the banking industry is preferred.
