In this role, you will be responsible for direct contact with prospective residents, in-home visits, on-site presentations, implementation of an aggressive prospective resident referral program, maintaining the marketing information system, meeting established sales and activity goals and developing and implementing a prospective resident priority list. Experience in the senior living market is desired.
A college degree and 5+ years of strong sales and closing track record required. Excellent communication, computer, sales and presentation skills are a must
