As the Senior Director of Sales Business Intelligence Professional Services you will aggressively create and manage a pipeline of opportunities utilizing your experience developing sales plans fostering new and existing client You will work with internal teams to maximize revenue potential You will also coordinate with resellers and partners to leverage their resources Be part of the company that helps customers enable better decision making with data available and leveraging technology around data warehouses Requirements 7+ years managing an enterprise network in a business to business capacity Able to develop and maintain action plans and matrixes High degree of computer literacy to effectively communicate with a technical client base Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Business Objects knowledge a plus Able to collaborate strongly with internal teams Experience working with CLevel contacts at ecommerce customers Developed contacts within global Fortune 50100 companies Consistent overachievement of quotas Duties Prospect Develop and Close a Continuous pipeline of opportunities Maintain account and opportunity information in Salesforcecom Forecast business sales pipeline as required by management Up and crosssell opportunities probe for additional contacts wprojectsopportunities Close Business Achieve and surpass all stated goals for the position Proven IT solution sales success with C Level and Technical Buyers Selling experience with recurring software fulfillment model and SaaS Proven track record in high growth early stage company or territory growing from 2M thru 10M+ with demonstrated ability to multitask and drive a high volume pipeline Experienced with an individual focus on short sales cycles within the 50000250000 range Experience teamselling on longer sales cycles within the 500000+ range Track record developing and working with top tier Oracle or SAP or MicroStrategy channel partners strongly preferred Highly adaptive nature to learn and deploy a variety of success models as the company and channel partners evolve A selfstarter with a track record of successful credible lead followup and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization familiarity with ETL Reporting Strategy Data Warehouses Enterprise Applications a plus Skills Required Precall planning Opportunity qualification and objection handling Call structure and control Time and territory management Proven track record achieving measurable inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required Ability to work in a highenergy sales team environment team player Positive and energetic phone skills excellent listening skills strong writing skills The highest level of integrity Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email voicemail MS Office) College degree or equivalent work experience Sales training and salesforcecom experience a plus Hard working relentless dedication winning attitude desire to close and execute are musts Strong accountability say what you will do do what you say and fulfillment are key attributes in a team environment are absolute critical Compensation Excellent base salary up depending on experience Strong commission program with residual income on accounts First year on target to earn 200k+ with no upside limits Travel Requirements This position will require travel 2550 of the time within the assigned region You will be reporting directly to the president of the company Director of Sales, Business Intelligence Professional Services
