DESCRIPTION

The Director of Sales will be responsible for engaging and presenting our HRM solutions and services to key C-level decision makers and end users within our prospect universe. You will use your influencing and relationship building skills to convey a sense of expertise with our products and services. As a goal oriented member of the Sales and Marketing Team, you are accountable for meeting the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual subscriber, revenue and sales metrics.Additionally, the Director of Sales will anticipate how decisions are made, have a keen knowledge of market activity as well as competitive intelligence in the designated territory. You have an entrepreneurial drive and passion for articulating a clear vision for how our innovative solution will solve complex problems in healthcare.

DUTIES

  • Prospecting for new clients and react to inbound client requests*Work closely with the hc1.com Corporate Sales team to transform lead's into viable prospects and ultimately new hc1.com clients.*Plan and execute face to face meetings creating business opportunities by presenting our exclusive healthcare solution*Ability to easily understand prospects complex issues and challenges while being able to demonstrate our ability to effectively solve for issues*Effectively manage your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long term sustained success*Keep thorough records of client interactions and provide detailed sales projections on a weekly basis *Engage in travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of sales calls, attending conferences, training sessions, and/or area regional or national meetings*Knowledge and understanding of being able to demonstrate how software products and services serve as a solution to a client's needs
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful outside sales experience; experience in healthcare market preferred*BS or BA degree*Proven ability to sell complex technology solutions, both large and small deals, and to meet or exceed quotas*Exceptionally organized, responsible and proven ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently*Must have a high standard of accountability and demonstrate a level of concern for work output; must enjoy working hard and smart*Extremely proactive and self-motivated, strong work ethic and energetic personalityAbout hc1.com: hc1.com , is the ultimate global healthcare cloud platform that is transforming the way healthcare professionals mange client relationships. hc1.com was built exclusively for healthcare and was designed from the ground up to support the unique needs of today's healthcare continuum.
