About Bizo Bizo has developed a revolutionary way to target business advertising online using business demographic –bizographic – audience data. We ’re looking for a Sales Director with a fire in the belly, a good sense-of-humor and a great attitude to join our rapidly growing Sales team. The Director of Sales will be charged with building and maximizing revenue opportunities via Bizo ’s advertising and agency client relationships in our West coast terriroty, as well as managing and leading a rapidly growing west coast sales team. Key responsibilities include: Driving growth with leading brands and agencies in the West Hiring, training, and supporting a team of incredible sales reps Creating a strategic plan to optimize pipeline creation and growth Developing, managing and delivering an advertising and agency billings pipeline –meeting or exceeding quota on a consistent basis Coordinating with account management team to on-board new accounts, ensure client success and help grow existing accounts Defining and communicating best practices to clients and partners Delivering feedback to Bizo product development on required enhancements and evolution for products You will be a key player on an incredible team as we build our industry leading bizographic advertising and targeting platform.

In a nutshell, the right candidate will be responsible for evangelizing Bizo and ensuring the success of many of the top business advertisers in the world! The Ideal Candidate: Self-motivated, self-starter Great communicator (internally and externally) and quality writing skills Track record of achievement in both sales and management Strong sales and presentation skills – a true closer! Entrepreneurial spirit Quick study – able to pick up and apply new concepts in a hurry Hands on problem solver that enjoys cracking difficult nuts Positive attitude and a zeal to win Has a sense of humor. A great one.

Critical Skills: 5+ years of sales and management experience in online advertising is an absolute requirement for this position Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets while managing and growing an exceptional sales team Strong ability to project and manage a pipeline Solid understanding of online advertising market/structure Salesforce.com (or other CRM), Microsoft Office experience required Sound like you?
