Develope, implement and maintain systems to anticipate current, ongoing and future staffing needs
Ensure staff selection process complies with federal, state and local requirements
Oversee the entire process of taking an applicant to an employee, which means scheduling drug test, physicals, background and reference checks
Oversee Orientation program for all new employees and provide follow through with Team leaders to ensure the employee has clear expections of position
Oversee Kingston University ( online education system for employees)
Development of inservices for departments based on the need
Plan, implement, direct and evaluate the safety education program
Verify the credentials of licensed and certified staff , maintain documentation of annual verifications and updates
Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant experience in a health-care setting may be considered in lieu of education
Training and experience in the legal requirements of employee selection
Must be able to speak, write and understand English and have outstanding verbal and written communication
Excellent Organizational skills
Have past experience in planning, coordinationg outreach and recruitment events such as job fairs
