Responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans, processes, work instructions and tools/systems to support the sourcing, performance evaluation and relationship management of all the suppliers (contingent labor and SOW) associated with our Managed Services programs. Ensure the establishment of two-way, mutually beneficial relationships with strategic supply partners by institutionalizing news policies and practices resulting in enhanced collaboration. Specific areas of focus:

Develop metrics to measure supplier performance/productivity

Work closely with related internal teams to determine areas of supplier improvement and ensure the completion of corrective actions requests.

Benchmark best practices within the industry and incorporate desired advancements.

Establish strategic partnerships with key suppliers to facilitate information exchange/market awareness and cultivate business development opportunities.

Manage and grow supplier diversity practice inclusive of strategies and practices for identifying, vetting, and mentoring M/WBE providers.

Advance opportunities for standardization across customers and improve methods for assessing data.

Enhance process for supplier adoption and contracting inclusive of methodology for receiving prospective suppliers.

First-hand extensive experience with concepts, practices and procedures within the staffing and MSP/VMS industries. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others while employing proper delegation methods. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is necessary.

Communication Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to problem solve and present conceptual information to all levels of internal and external management.

Ability to evaluate and approve all in-house and externally purchased software (related to role).

Ability to develop and and effectively articulate (internally and externally) Supplier Relationship Management strategy

The ability to source and negotiate with suppliers.

The ability to foster strategic relationships with supplier partners.

Team Building Requirements:
Ability to build positive team spirit and develop internal coaches.

Ability to work with corporate IT Management, H.R. Management, Procurement Management, and Legal Department.

Ability to direct cross functional teams

Quality Requirements:
Support organization initiatives by managing the delivery organization in compliance with the published processes and procedures.

Initiate actions to prevent defects.

Identify and record any problems related to our product, process and quality systems.

Direct supplier gateway content, design and deployment.

Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.

Verify the implementation of solutions.

Control and monitor further processing until defects have been corrected.

Planning Requirements:
Build and execute supplier relationship management project plans.

Required Experience

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

10+ years of equivalent leadership experience, contract negotiations, sourcing, procurement or supply base management
