This position is responsible for providing superior training and development of new hires and existing associates. This will be executed by applying the principles of the Dynamic Organization and driving the mission, vision, and values. This position is directly responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining all aspects of associate training.

I am the Director of Training (DOT). I train all associates with excellence in a well-organized and timely manner. Creating highly trained associates is my primary goal, which I accomplish by relentlessly developing associates at all levels in the organization. My actions are always aligned with our common purpose to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
$40,000 base salary

Onboard new associates into the organization.
Train all new hires including Retail Wireless Associates and Store Managers
Train all Manager In Training (M.I.T.) associates.
Train all continuous associate development.
Maintain all training materials in an organized fashion.
Manage the training schedule for all associates.
Ensure all associates are able to pass skill checks and exams with 90% or higher scores.
Create and maintain training skill checks and exams.
Constantly improve the efficiency of the training process and quality of the materials.
Attend U.S. Cellular trainings.
Minimum of two years as a trainer and/or instructor
A minimum of an Associate’s degree required
