Baylor University seeks an outstanding person to become the Director of Undergraduate Enrollment Initiatives for the College of Arts & Sciences.
This position specifically supports the mission of the university by coordinating recruitment, enrollment, retention, degree planning, academic advisement, and assessment. The Director is responsible for the implementation of the A&S enrollment management plan. The Director receives guidance and direction from the Dean's Office but works in close coordination with other units of the University which are involved in enrollment, retention, graduation, and placement, particularly the Office of the Provost, Admissions Services, the Success Center, Academic Advisement, CASA, and Career Services.
The preferred candidate will possess knowledge and experience in higher education administration. The preferred candidate will also possess demonstrated project management experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Advanced degree in higher education, student affairs, or education administration or 3 or more years of experience in higher education with progressively increasing responsibilities in enrollment management, admissions, strategic planning, or related areas required. Demonstrated Christian faith is required.
