Under the direction of the AVP of Unified Communications, the Director of Unified Communications Implementations is responsible for the management of UC Technologies implementations. Accountable for IT&S aspects of business planning, portfolio management, implementation planning, deployment strategies, and vendor management in the support of implementation projects. Responsible for multiple project budgets that exceed $40 million annually.

60% Lead migration of facilities to the OneVoice platform
20% Assist in the migration of contact centers to the Enterprise Contact Center platform
10% Lead planning and implementation efforts of UC technologies
10% Maintain multiple project budgets and forecasts
7-10 years Relevant Work Experience
Other preferred/required experience:
- Experience managing large enterprise programs required.
- Experience implementing Cisco UC solutions preferred
- 1-3 years Management Work Experience
College Graduate Preferred
