? Candidate should be familiar with hardware and software configuration of major server components (BIOS, RAID/disk subsystems, NIC, tape, USB, KVM, etc.
? Candidates should have solid understanding of change management processes (CAB, PACT, etc.) and positive referrals from current manager and CAB team regarding adherence to processes.
? Candidate should possess good project management skills and be capable of developing project plans, and providing project status updates as required.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Bachelor's in computer science. Microsoft certification is a plus.
? This position is for a Microsoft Active Directory Engineer with advanced knowledge and experience in Microsoft technologies , especially Active Directory.
? In-depth knowledge of Windows 2003 server & Windows 2008 server knowledge is required.
? The engineer will be required to support, implement, and design Active Directory and authentication systems by following the corporate policies, procedures as well as documented best practices for the entire enterprise environment, including domestic and international locations.
? The engineer will also be involved in R&D of new designs and technologies, monitoring/improving systems performance and maintaining disaster recovery readiness and procedures.
? This individual, as a member of the IT department has the overriding responsibility of identifying and streamlining tasks and processes that may be automated.
? The engineer must have ability to read and modify ANSI C code (could be taught if strong scripter in PERL or other)
