DESCRIPTION

The dishwasher is responsible for the daily cleaning of all equipment, dishes and utensils used in preparation and service in the dining room and banquet facilities. The dishwasher will adhere to all guidelines and procedures as set forth by Soboba Golf Club, the Food & Beverage Director, and Head Chef.

All specific duties cannot be listed and responsibilities will change accordingly as the need arises. The dishwasher at Soboba Golf Club will be responsible for accomplishing unforeseen tasks that relate to assigned functions. Soboba Golf Club expects the dishwasher to maintain an attitude of cooperation with all employees, members and guests. This document is a guideline for performance and success through qualified situational management and co-existence between fellow staff and management and their respective departments. As conditions warrant, these guidelines may be amended.

DUTIES

Although other duties may be assigned, the essential duties include the following:

Washes and properly stores all equipment, dishes and utensils used in daily operation of dining and event services

Maintains quality standards

Ability to organize storage of all equipment, dishes and utensils

Properly operate, handle and clean all equipment, utensils and machinery

Attend all training, staff and safety meetings

Be familiar with all regulations and requirements as set forth by health department and other governmental and institutional departments

Maintains clean and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

0-6 months similar experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum experience necessary

Able to follow direction and works well with others

Ability to work under pressure conditions

Physical stamina is necessary for lifting cooking and preparation items and standing for several hours at a time

REQUIRED

Must have proper health and food handling credentials

A current California Drivers License or California Identification
