Maintain and update the Disney Youth Education (Y.E.S.) Booking Process. Provide timely and effective communication with Disney Youth operations, sales teams and partners. Maintain established Disney Y.E.S. tracking systems. Demonstrate the ability to identify opportunities to enhance the Disney Y.E.S. booking process and provide input to create innovative solutions.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 6 months Walt Disney World experience

Demonstrated problem solving skills

Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills

Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays

Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Demonstrated strong analytical skills

Demonstrated strong partnering skills

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated strong time management skills

Fluency in a second language

Willingness to learn new software applications

Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Required Education

High school degree or equivalent
