Receive/transmit via 2-way radio, emergency instructions and requests for assistance from Security/Safety personnel, staff, visitors, and patients. Perform all related duties/functions/responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Quals: HS degree/GED, 1 year of customer service/security experience, excellent communication and computer skills. Ability of assess emergencies and respond quickly.
Preferred Quals: Associate/technical degree in telecommunications or law enforcement and 1+ years of dispatch or hospital security experience.
