Schedule and dispatch Driver’s equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications or needs.
Ensure that work orders are captured accurately using the company dispatch software (FFM)
Address questions, problems and requests for service or equipment deliveries and pickups by effectively communicating with supervising personnel.
Manage dispatch communications between drivers, supervisors and customer service personnel within specifically assigned regions to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor route activity of Drivers relative to warehouse locations ensuring efficient and cost effective coordination of service, schedules and deliveries.
Prepare daily work and run schedules by determining types and quantity of equipment, vehicles, materials and / or Drivers required to ensure an effective flow of daily work orders.
Ensure efficient distribution by delivery staff to meet customer service level agreements and optimize labor productivity.
High school diploma or GED certificate
2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in a customer service environment / logistics and / or Dispatch.
Experience in medical industry would be an advantage
Data entry experience

Detailed understanding of USA geography
