Responsibilities :
Communicate with customers, subscribers, technicians and other company representatives to assist and resolve field related inquiries or problems

Communicate with supervisor issues or concerns with field technicians

Track and monitor technician job status within time frames and adjust work load when necessary

Access and input information in the customer’s database

Perform pre and post calls to subscribers

May prepare reports or perform other similar duties as requested

Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills preferred

Strong written and oral communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills suitable to dealing with the public necessary

Ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment

Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required
