We currently have an opening for a Dispatcher to coordinate the activities of drivers to maximize productivity, while assuring prompt and effective service to customers. Your job responsibilities may include:

Assigning call in accounts, missed stops and new customers to drivers based upon designated route and driver location.
Courteously interacting with customers and/or the general public.
Updating, preparing, and dispensing the daily route schedule.
Reporting driver concerns to appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.
Maintaining the dispatch or service log to document pick-ups (scheduled, missed stops, extra pick-ups, etc.) route completions, and driver locations.

Basic Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office
High school diploma/GED
