In this highly visible position, you will report directly to the Country Manager and manage a team of 10 people. Your main responsibility is to manage and support all distribution, repair, customer service and logistics activities. You work closely with internal and external partners to ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demands and maximize sales potential.
Very hands on, your main responsibilities are to:
Define and manage the supply planning processes
Provide strategic and operational leadership to assure all the delivery needs of customers are met in the most cost effective and efficient manner
Contribute to the sales and operation planning process to align sales, supply chain and finance on volume, revenue and supply plans
Manage a team of 10 direct reports (customer service and supply chain) and third party partners (warehousing and repair) to make sure everybody is focused, well trained and delivering the expected business results
You are an expert of distribution management and want to join a growing qualitative consumer goods company!

Have significant distribution management experience in a consumer good manufacturing company (electronics, appliances, accessories, mobile devices…) with multiple distribution sites
Have a proven track record in demand and stock planning with process and tools expertise in forecasting, stock optimization and supply chain setup
Effective management skills: cross functional teams and third parties
Are able to analyze and understand industry trends making links between logistics, sales, marketing and finance
Are able to influence and lead change in articulating ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings to adjust your message to match your audience’s level and needs
Are energetic, self-motivated, creative and looking to sharpen your leadership skills in an international growing company!
