District Managers are expected to represent the company in the most professional way possible. The District Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Performance, Training and Operations Management at the locations within their District. The DM supervises a team of LM's & SA's to ensure profitable operation of all locations within the District through attainment of all key performance indicators and company directives. District Managers are expected to create a productive work environment and are responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within their District. DM's are expected provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company values and vision. District Managers will:
Oversee sales performance of all locations within their District Support locations with all sales and operations related issues Drive sales performance through coaching and training Stay up to date on all industry info and technology and communicate important changes to sales associates and management Ensure all locations are compliant with all visual, housekeeping and appearance standards Ensure all locations operations, including inventory, daily paperwork, time clock and loss prevention meet company and carrier standards Conduct reviews, meetings and trainings for all sales associates and managers Actively recruit and interview potential talent Train, motivate and inspire a team to achieve maximum results

College Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required Ability to work a minimum of 45 hour work weeks Ability to work in a multi-store environment Reliable transportation Previous multi unit, wireless sales management experience highly preferred Excellent problem solving skills Establish and monitor store/kiosk work schedules Ability to interpret and analyze P&L numbers Train, Motivate and inspire a team to achieve maximum results
