What you need to bring to the table : These are a list of nonnegotiable skills that the perfect gem needs to possess:
- Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required for the right person. The main point is you need to be able to write, speak, present, and read at a higher level than the masses! Need I say more?
- Have 3-5 years of continuous career growth in either sales or store management- a retail setting like Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, or Enterprise Rent-A-Car is preferred but not mandatory; but if you have moved up the chain in a different industry like telecommunications or the restaurant industry and you are a goal driven, hunter, that knows profit and loss, shrink, and numbers then please keep reading.
- In addition, you will need to have a provable track record of continued sales growth ( proven by numbers, awards, or %s),drive and determination to add new business accounts, possess a lead by example leadership style, expertise in full life cycle sales/management, and possess a can do- attitude then please apply!
What you will do day 2 day: As mentioned above you will be the District Manager of one of the above locations; what does that really look like? You will be responsible for developing high-level collaborative relationships, close large $$ deals, identify business growth opportunities, build solid relationships, drive your sales team, recruit, hire, coach, and retain top talent like yourself. That is why your, faced paced, team player, revenue generating. Profit and loss, problem solving, and time management capabilities are fundamental in ensuring that your team is revenue focused and customer centric. Company Perks: $75,000 a year base salary / $91,000 total earning potential the first year when you add in the 16% bonus that is guaranteed the first year. Your second year you can earn up to 32% (Determined by performance) in quarterly bonuses plus your base of $75,000, in addition the company offers a great 401K plan, ACA Medical and Dental plan, and minimal travel is required.
