If so, you are perfectly suited for a job as a Halloween City District Manager. Plus, we have actual hats. The District Manager leads a collection of 5 Halloween retail stores by example from start to finish, setting the highest of standards in every step along the way. The District Manager constantly drives sales and advances the brand in and around their district and region.

The District Manager maintains the highest level of organization and professionalism, and instills those same values in their handpicked, top-tier associates. The District Manager is the catalyst for high performing, engaging stores and proactively problem solves on the fly. Courtesy, energy, attention to detail and honesty are all automatics. Job Requirements: -Work closely with Regional Managers and Facilities Management to set up and tear down stores -Recruit and hire strong, energetic and engaging management team and staff -Help Store Managers plan and manage inventory levels -Maintain city and state permitting and compliance issues as needed -Supervise Payroll, budgeting, scheduling and expense reporting -Determine and oversee standards of excellence for customer care -Hit short and long term sales goals -Determine local and regional marketing opportunities Working Conditions: -Must be flexible to work odd hours, nights and weekends as needed -Some travel, including distance driving, will be necessary -Some physical labor required (stooping, bending, lifting items 0-50 lbs in weight)
