We are looking for a multi-unit manager to oversee the performance of 5 - 7 restaurants in a region. You must be able to run an excellent operation and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You must be a team player and help our General Managers meet food quality and customer service standards. The District Manager must be able to continuously improve the skills, knowledge and morale of our management team. You will work through the General Managers to ensure all employee's receive the necessary training and support to perform their duties. The District Manager will ensure business and personnel practices are within the law and consistent with company policies and procedures.

4 year degree or commensurate experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 - 5 years multi-unit experience ( preferably restaurant experience)
Solid background with breakfast operations
Basic computer literacy
Financial/analytical aptitude including planning,budgeting and P&L management
Ability to manage, lead and develop people
Team building skills
Problem solving skills
